  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns within the platform.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Check-in data: Timestamps recorded when crews check in and out of job sites (subcontractor portal only).
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from integration partners (Stripe, QuickBooks, SendGrid, Twilio) to provide synchronized services. This data is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform.

Business data (estimates, proposals, job records) is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

  • Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced on all database tables
